Fastfeet and FUNdamentals!

 AGE 7 - 11

Science has proven with UKAthletics premoting that up that ages 7 to 11 are the most critical years in a child's life for motor skill development.  RapidKiD utilizes the most up to date research in a fun and friendly environment to build your young athlete’s physical foundation, improve coordination and self esteem through our signature speed and strength training methods.

Sessions are 1 hour long and have a maximum of 15 athletes to one Sport Speed Specialist. Sessions are offered on different days at varying locations. Training during these sessions focuses on speed development, body weight strength training, endurance and flexibility.

Every athlete in the program must first go through our compulsory SSA-Assessment of strengths and weaknesses to group the athlete accordingly. After completing the initial evaluation, your athlete will be placed in one of two groups based upon performance level and age.

RapidKiD Program will enhance:

Coordination

Running Technique

Body Weight Strength

First Step Quickness

Flexibility

Injury Prevention

Weight Loss

Self Confidence

Group R1 - Athletes placed at this level require basic motor skill development and conditioning. This is traditionally the youngest group in our program; participants in this group range in age from seven to nine years old.

Group R2 - Athletes placed at this level still need to continue to improve their basic motor development. But they also are demonstrating the required technique and coachability for this level. The typical age range for this group is nine to 11 years of age.

RapidKiD is a must for any young athlete who wants to develop foundational athletic skills to help get a jump start on the competition and feel better at the same time.

Evaluations: Every athlete begins our program with a mandatory FastFeet & FUNdamentals!evaluation. We use the information to assess and group the athlete according to their performance level.

Reviews: Immediately after the evaluation, our testing expert will discuss the results of the evaluation. This will identify your athlete’s strengths and weaknesses as well as explain the best way to group your athlete in our program.

REPORTS: After the evaluation, our testing expert will discuss the results of the evaluation. This will identify your athlete’s strengths and weaknesses as well as explain the best way to group your athlete in our program.  At the end of the current term each student will recieve a report assessing their current level(via the SSA:Progressive Performance Levels), strengths, weaknesses and improvements for the future.  A Full SSA report will come in addition at the end of the SSA year (3 terms).
